Halifax-born Adam Holroyd is a promising back-row forward who made his Warrington debut aged 17 and has an outstanding work ethic.
He started playing rugby league with the Siddal community club before joining the scholarship programme with Widnes. When the Vikings went into administration in February 2019, he moved to Warrington.
He made his Wolves debut at Leeds in August 2022 and made five appearances during the 2023 campaign, starting twice and coming off the bench three times.
In September 2022, he was praised by then Academy head coach Richard Marshall who said: “He’s tough and he’s from good stock. He whacks people and has got a lot about him.”
As well as playing rugby league, he works on the family farm with his dad, Rick.
