Blackpool-born Joe Bullock is a 6ft 5in prop or “middle” who is most effective when he comes off the bench against tiring opposition.
He began his career as a winger with Blackpool Scorpions ARLFC before joining Wigan in 2012 and converting to a front rower.
Loan spells with South Wales Scorpions, Leigh Centurions (now Leigh Leopards) and Barrow Raiders followed.
He made a permanent move to Barrow in 2015, scoring 21 tries in 101 appearances and being nominated for the League One Player of the Year award in 2017.
He signed for Wigan again in July 2018 on a three-year deal, scoring four tries in 57 appearances and featuring in the 2020 Super League Grand Final against St Helens. He was in the starting XIII at the KCOM Stadium in Hull as the Saints claimed an 8-4 victory.
He signed a three-year contract with Warrington in October 2021 and scored his first try for Warrington at Wigan in the Challenge Cup quarter-final in June 2023.
