The Betfred Women's Super League returns this weekend following a two-week 'circuit break' in the schedule due to a rise in Covid-19 cases and injuries. Warrington face Huddersfield at The Halliwell Jones Stadium this Sunday in a double-header with our Men's game and following the league's split will now contest with the Giants, Featherstone, Wakefield and Bradford for the Super League shield.

Beth has only featured once this season as a result of her pregnancy, but says she is supporting the girls where she can and still training as much as possible: "I’ve been getting to as many games as I can to support the girls and I’m still training as well just with no contact and Wez [Lee Westwood, head coach] has been very supportive of that.

"I initially told him that was there was 14 players on the pitch for the Wigan game and then I pulled out the six week scan. He thought I was giving him a fine! He was made up for me and congratulated me. He really encouraged me to stay part of the team and still show up to and join in with training if I was comfortable to.

"He tells me off sometimes when I join in on touch rugby or he thinks I’m doing too much. He’s been really good throughout. At the minute now I’m just like an extra to feed the ball or be the ‘A’ marker so the girls know where to go."
