Comedian and Warrington Wolves’ PDRL (Physical Disability Rugby League) player Adam Hills has spoken this week in the lead up to the Betfred Super League’s Wellbeing Round.

This weekend is in support of the league’s biggest ever mental and physical health campaign ‘Tackle the Tough Stuff’.

‘Tackle the Tough Stuff’ is also focusing on the work done by our Foundation, and those across the sport, in developing learning and physical disability Rugby League, which shows how sport can make such a huge difference to people’s lives.

Hills is just one within the sport of Rugby League to share their personal stories.

Hills said of joining the club’s PDRL side: “Some of these guys have gone out and got better jobs, they’ve gone off to train and study. This tiny little thing of coming out to play Physical Disability Rugby League is affecting all of their lives.”
