Wolves Squad to take on Hull FC

Warrington Wolves will welcome Hull FC to The Halliwell Jones Stadium on Sunday afternoon, kick-off 3pm, for Round 3 of the First Utility Super League.

Previous encounters have seen the sides match up well against each other and captain Michael Monaghan is expecting another tough encounter this weekend.

"Looking at Hull, they are a tough team. They are a team that typically matches up well against us. Every time we play them it’s usually a pretty close contest. They are a big physical side and that’s an area we’ve struggled with recently. It’s a challenge for us and I know they’ll come here pretty confident because they’ve had recent success at The Halliwell Jones Stadium. It’s a challenge but that’s the standard of Super League now; every week is a competition and a tough game. We are looking forward to improving again on what we did last week."

Head of coaching and rugby Tony Smith names his squad ahead of Sunday's game with just two changes to last week's 19-man; Rhys Evans and Ben Harrison in for Brad Dwyer and Simon Grix (ankle).
