Wolves Draw Doncaster in Fifth Round

Wolves Draw Doncaster in Fifth Round

Warrington Wolves have drawn Doncaster at home in the Fifth Round of the Tetley's Challenge Cup.

Rugby League Hall of Fame members Alex Murphy OBE and Garry Schofield conducted the draw following the conclusion of Sunday's televised tie.

The fifth round ties will be played over the weekend of April 26 and 27 with one tie screened live on BBC1 on Saturday April 26 (2.30pm).

Fixture dates and ticketing details will follow in due course.

On drawing Doncaster in the next round head of coaching and rugby Tony Smith said: "It is good to get a home draw after being on the road for such a tough opening fixture of the Challenge Cup. It's one of those tricky games where you've got to make sure you are on your best as it's a big day out for Doncaster. Past experiences show Championship sides who have come up against Super League teams have put in a big performance. We are very well aware of those sorts of circumstances and will be taking that game  most seriously, to hopefully get through to the following round."
